Greetings readers. We just launched our Play.me Android application in the Android marketplace. This first version has the ability to stream all of your playlists that you’ve created on the Play.me website, as well as listen to featured playlists and search for new tracks.
Check it out by pointing your Android device (if you have one) to the Marketplace, and looking under the new releases for Multimedia apps.

The standout features to look out for are: Playlist management, Droid optimization, and most importantly, Offline Caching which enables users to stream songs with or without a 3G or WiFi connection (perfect for those long commutes on the subway)!
